Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement complex incentive compensation plans within the Varicent platform, including sales commissions, bonuses, and other performance-based incentives.
- Configure and customize Varicent modules, including data mapping, rules engines, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain custom calculations, formulas, and business rules within the Varicent platform.
- Integrate Varicent with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM) using APIs and web services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Varicent configurations and data integrations.
- Perform testing and validation of incentive compensation plans to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective Varicent solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest Varicent features, best practices, and updates.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members on Varicent related issues.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing incentive compensation plans using the Varicent platform.
- Strong understanding of Varicent architecture, data model, and configuration options.
- Experience with Varicent scripting languages and APIs.
- Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business rules and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
