SIRO Clinpharm - Varicent Technical Lead - Solution Implementation (8-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Varicent solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other Varicent developers.

- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop and maintain Varicent applications, including calculations, reports, and integrations.

- Configure and customize Varicent modules to meet specific business needs.

- Be specific about the modules if needed, i.e., ICM, SPM.

- Perform data integration and ETL processes between Varicent and other systems.

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of Varicent solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Varicent releases, features, and best practices.

- Contribute to the development of internal knowledge base and best practices documentation.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of experience as a Varicent Developer/Technical Lead.

- Deep understanding of the Varicent platform architecture and functionality.

- Extensive experience in designing and developing complex Varicent solutions.

- Proficiency in Varicent configuration and customization.

- Strong experience with data integration and ETL processes.

- Experience with SQL.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
