SIRO Clinpharm - SAP SD/MM Consultant (5-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP SD/MM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

- Configure and customize SD/MM modules to meet specific client requirements.

- Develop and deliver training programs for client end-users on the effective use of the SAP SD/MM system.

- Provide expert consulting and guidance to clients on best practices for using SAP SD/MM solutions.

- Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and client satisfaction.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, development, and support, to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Conduct workshops and facilitate discussions with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define scope.

- Create functional specifications and technical documentation for SAP SD/MM configurations and customizations.

- Perform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SD/MM functionality.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP SD/MM releases, features, and best practices.

- Contribute to the development of internal knowledge base and best practices documentation.

- Mentor and guide junior consultants, as needed.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in SAP SD/MM consulting or implementation.

- Proven experience with configuring and customizing SAP SD/MM modules.(Again, be specific about the sub-modules)

- Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes and materials management processes.

- Experience in conducting requirements gathering workshops and developing functional specifications.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage complex projects and client relationships effectively.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Experience with data migration and integration with other systems (e.g, FI/CO, PP) is a plus
