SAP SD Support Lead - E2E Implementation (7-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of SAP SD support professionals.

- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely resolution of support tickets.

- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Incident Management & Resolution :

- Provide timely and effective resolution to critical incidents and production issues.

- Troubleshoot complex SAP SD issues related to sales order processing, pricing, delivery, invoicing, and other SD modules.

- Analyze incident trends and implement proactive measures to prevent future occurrences.

- Monitor the performance and stability of SAP SD systems.

- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues.

- Perform system maintenance activities, including upgrades, patches, and transports.

- Participate in and support SAP SD enhancement projects.

- Conduct impact analysis for new functionalities and changes.

- Ensure smooth implementation of new functionalities and changes.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes, procedures, and knowledge base articles.

- Share knowledge and best practices within the team and across the organization.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with business users and stakeholders.

- Proactively communicate with business users regarding system issues and resolutions.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7-10 years of experience in SAP SD support projects.

- Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP SD module.

- Experience in leading and managing a team of support professionals.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with SAP Solution Manager and other SAP support tools.

- Strong understanding of SAP best practices and methodologies.

Desired Skills & Experience :

- Experience with SAP HANA.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

- Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

- SAP certifications (SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Sales).

- Experience with Agile methodologies
