Opening For Finance Controls & Process Analyst / Sr. Analyst - Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

• Lead/Support Global & Regional projects focused on:
• Process Excellence, Controls & Optimization initiatives
• System enhancement & Automation initiatives
• Business Process Re-engineering, Transformation & Change Mgmt. initiatives.
• Proficiency in process analysis, identification & implementation of streamlining & automation initiatives
• Proficiency in business analysis (requirements elicitation, documentation) and collaboration with IT and other Global cross functional stakeholders for implementation
• Proficient in data analysis & project management activities
• Awareness of Lean - Six Sigma & associated Quality Tools & Methodology

Preferred candidate profile

• 4-8 years of experience in finance operations or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent dispute resolution skills with ability to negotiate effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Experience working in Finance domain with knowledge of industry best practices.
• Having awareness/expertise of Lean - Six Sigma & associated Quality Tools & Methodology
