What you will be doing:

This position is a 6 months contractual role on 3rd party payroll

• Understanding the job requirements and source candidates through various job portals.
• Create a pipeline of candidates for similar positions in order to have a pool of relevant candidates
• End to end recruitment
• Support in bulk hiring for IT roles or Non-IT roles as required
• Support in recruitment drive initiatives
• Continuous engagement with the selected candidate until candidate joins
• Maintain a database of candidates sourced on a day to day basis
• Interview coordination and reporting
• Adapt new strategies to close positions as soon as possible through reference, job portals etc.
• Any other administrative tasks with regards to Talent Acquisition

What do you bring with you:

Required Experience 2 to 5 years in recruitment. Should have experience in IT recruitment.

Skills required

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Language: Fluent and Proficient in English (Read, Write, Speak)
