Skills :

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
• Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Location: Senapati Bapat Road, Pune. Work from Office is mandatory.

Qualification: Bachelors or masters degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field

Knowledge of applicant tracking systems

Professional credential, such as HR Certification Institute

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs & candidate selection criteria and develop recruitment strategies.
• Post job openings on relevant job boards, social media, and other recruiting platforms.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position including technical aspect.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in negotiating job offers and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
• Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
• Responsible for employee engagement initiatives by collaborating with HR and management to foster a positive work culture. This includes ensuring that new hires feel welcomed, valued, and integrated into the team, and helping with retention strategies that promote employee satisfaction and productivity.
