DB2 Developer

Job Title: DB2 Developer

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize DB2 databases (SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning).
• Preferred to have experience in IAM policies, including RBAC, LDAP, SSO, OAuth, and Active Directory.
• Ensure database security, access control, and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).
• Support database migrations, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with security, application, and infrastructure teams.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of DB2 development/administration experience.
• Preferred to have experience in IAM frameworks, RBAC, and identity governance.
• Experience with DB2 security models, encryption, and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with IBM ISIM, ISAM, or cloud IAM solutions (AWS, Azure).
• Scripting skills (Python, Shell, PowerShell) are a plus.
