System Analyst experience with healthcare credentialing system

Business Application Support

• Resolves application incidents and fulfills service requests
• IAM Integration with Okta
• Performs the day-to-day administration of the platform
• Maintains the stability and usability of the platform across production and nonproduction environments
• Performs application maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification and remediation
• Manages application user/group access and application data

Quality Assurance/Quality Control

• Validating that the platform functionality works as expected
• Creates test plans and coordinates test activities, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing
• Coordinates user acceptance testing activities, including the test plan, test cases, and test execution
