Job Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Lead innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, driving brand awareness and engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
• Design and oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous development by implementing talent-building initiatives and performance management strategies.
• Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to refine and adapt strategic growth plans.
• Collaborate across departments to align strategic objectives with operational execution, ensuring organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• MBA with a focus on Human Resources, Strategy, or a related field.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, marketing, sales, and talent management within the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on attention to detail and task prioritization.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
