Job Role:

Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven leader with an MBA to oversee the integration of sales, marketing, and talent strategy within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, developing innovative marketing strategies, and building high-performing, resilient teams. This role requires expertise in both business development and talent management, with a strong focus on aligning strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans aimed at achieving aggressive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Spearhead innovative marketing strategies across digital, traditional, and emerging channels to enhance brand awareness, patient acquisition, and customer engagement.
  • Foster and manage relationships with key industry stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and partners, to drive collaboration and business opportunities.
  • Drive end-to-end talent strategy, including recruitment, team building, and ongoing talent development to ensure alignment with organizational goals and culture.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to refine growth strategies, uncover new opportunities, and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent, and continuously enhance team capabilities through coaching, development programs, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement organizational growth strategies that integrate both business development and human capital priorities to support long-term objectives.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Healthcare Management, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales strategy, marketing execution, and talent acquisition within the healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other relevant software tools.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills, with a focus on driving results and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
