Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CHATBOT Technical/Semi Technical Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, writing, and editing high-quality content for CHATBOT.

This role requires someone with strong grasp of CHATBOT Content management and technical knowledge and writing standards, the ability to analysis large data sets, data analysis, data mining and hands on experience with MS EXCEL/WORD/Power point is a must to have.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research & Content Creation: Develop well-researched and original technical content, for CHATBOT • Analysis and Research: Review and revise content to ensure clarity, coherence, and adherence to guidelines. Must be able to think clearly, Analytical bent of mind. Should be comfortable in using MS suite of services. • Collaboration: Work closely with other content editors, subject matter experts, and supervisors to meet project expectations. • Formatting & Referencing: Use appropriate technical/CHATBOT referencing styles and ensure content adheres to any specific formatting requirements. • Adherence to Guidelines: Follow the specific guidelines provided by clients. • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with developments in technical/CHATBOT/Algorithm subject-specific trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Preferred to have Bachelors or Masters degree in Journalism, or B.Tech. Any course /diploma related to AI/Algorithm/Data Management will be added advantage • Experience: Minimum 5 years with proven experience in TECHNICAL/CHATBOT Content writing, Data Analysis /Management • Skills: Should have hands on experience with Ms Excel, Word, and Power point presentation. • Excellent research, writing, and editing abilities and should be able to analysis large data sets. • Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and syntax. • Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
