Position Overview:

We are seeking an innovative and visionary leader to serve as the AI Transformation Team Head/CEO at FCS Software Solutions Ltd., based in NSEZ, Noida. This executive role is pivotal in defining, building, and executing FCS's AI strategy. The selected candidate will spearhead AI transformation initiatives, ensuring the companys competitive edge in the market while fostering innovation, growth, and operational efficiency through AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Strategy Development and Execution
• Define a comprehensive AI vision and strategy aligned with FCS's long-term business objectives.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven business models, products, and services.
• Identify opportunities where AI can create significant value, such as automating processes, improving decision-making, and enhancing customer experiences.

Leadership and Team Development:

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing AI transformation team, including data scientists, AI engineers, and product managers.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the AI division.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration between internal teams to integrate AI into core business processes effectively.

Technology and Innovation:

• Stay abreast of the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate cutting-edge solutions into FCSs operations.
• Evaluate and adopt AI frameworks, platforms, and cloud services that align with business requirements.
• Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies within the organization.

Operational Efficiency and Performance:

• Leverage AI to improve internal processes, optimize resource utilization, and reduce operational costs.
• Establish measurable KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of AI initiatives and their ROI.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies to address challenges in AI deployment and execution.

Governance and Compliance

• Establish robust governance frameworks for AI operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Promote transparency in AI systems to build trust with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Professional Experience:

• 12+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years focused on AI transformation or related domains.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale AI implementation projects from ideation to execution.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and generative AI.

Core Competencies:

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to align AI initiatives with business goals and create a clear roadmap for execution.
• Leadership: Strong ability to inspire, lead, and manage multidisciplinary teams across global locations.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of AI development frameworks, programming languages (e.g., Python, R, TensorFlow), and data management.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of market dynamics and the potential of AI to drive growth.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with AI applications in IT services, staffing, or enterprise solutions.
