Job Description: US IT Technical Recruiter.

Role: US IT Technical Recruiter, US IT Staffing. Are you a graduate with a degree in B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, BCA, BSc, or MSc in Computer Science or Information Technology? Kickstart your career in the exciting world of US IT staffing!

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months to 3+ years in US IT staffing/US IT recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand Client Requirements: Work with US-based clients to understand their IT resource needs and provide qualified candidates within tight deadlines.
• Source and Screen Candidates: Leverage various platforms such as internal company databases, job portals, and professional networks to find and evaluate candidates.
• Resume Optimization: Edit and format resumes to ensure technical accuracy and visual consistency before presenting them to clients.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with candidates and vendors, keeping them informed on submission progress and other updates.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Handle interviews, closures, paperwork, and onboarding processes.
