Job Title: Business Development Manager US IT Staffing
Location: Noida (Onsite, Full-Time) FCS Software Solutions Ltd., A-86, Block-A, Sector-57, Noida, Near Shobhit University
Experience: 2-5 years
Shift: 7 PM - 4 AM IST (Monday - Friday, Weekends Off)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with 2-5 years of experience in US IT Staffing Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, sales growth, and revenue generation in the US staffing market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients in the US IT Staffing industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Generate and manage a pipeline of job requirements from clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
- Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry best practices in US IT staffing.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in US IT Staffing Business Development or Sales.
- Strong understanding of US IT staffing sales, recruitment processes, and industry trends.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, account management, and sales growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with ATS, CRM tools, and sales automation platforms.
- Sales-focused, result-oriented, and driven to achieve business success.
