Job Description:

Business Analyst/Subject Matter Expert (SME). This role requires in-depth knowledge of configuring, integrating, and optimizing Adonis within a cruise line environment. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring the effective implementation and enhancement of Adonis to support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and optimize Adonis software to align with business needs, covering modules such as HR, payroll, scheduling, and crew management.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Adonis.
• Integrate Adonis with other cruise line systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify system improvements and implement best practices.
• Perform system testing and troubleshooting, identifying and resolving any technical issues related to Adonis.
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and integrations.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they maximize the softwares capabilities.
• Stay updated on Adonis software developments and industry best practices to continually enhance system performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Adonis software, including configuration, integration, and optimization.
• Proven experience in the cruise line industry, with a deep understanding of its unique operational requirements.
• Strong technical background with expertise in system integration, APIs, and data flows.
• Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and system customization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other cruise line enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements related to crew management and payroll.
• Background in IT project management or business process improvement.
• Experience in training and mentoring teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
