In the Customer Engagement, retention and growth team we draw patterns from user behaviour and build and run rewards and offers campaigns that will ensure repeated transactions and usage of the app.
We use data to understand customer preferences and ensure that the product roadmap is robust and includes all relevant functionalities that the customer would expect going forward. We assist the product team in creating the requirements and also testing these. We manage all communications required with the user.
Required candidate s profile : 3 - 4 years min. experience in the below
Ability to understand data patterns and create campaigns. Measurement of impact against these will be performance criteria for the candidate
Should have effectively achieved customer retention/engagement metrics set by the organisation
Should be able to envisage and draft creative, engaging and visually attractive communications including notifications, emails, messages and videos (with assistance of designer, appropriate tools)
Ability to help Product team to draft and prioritize customer requirements for the product roadmap
Should have worked in the customer success / engagement / retention team of a B2C mobile/web app company
Passionate about Data and Analytics technologies - Should be able to look at collected data, analyze it and extract actionable insights. Should have knowledge of consoles / tools used to understand, strategize and manage data about customers
Should have collaboration skills to ensure close coordination of marketing, product and tech team in order to achieve the desired customer journey
Teamwork - Should have experience of working in a team and Should have supervised work of teams of 2-3 juniors
