Job Description
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies across various business functions.
- Risk & Operations Monitoring: Track and assess risk trends, dispute patterns, and transaction behaviors to enhance risk mitigation strategies.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct routing checks, refund trend analysis, and P&L optimizations to improve overall system efficiency.
- Cohort & Differential Analysis: Provide detailed insights into cohort behaviors, refund retention strategies, and transaction flow optimizations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Risk, Operations, and Finance teams to implement data-driven strategies.
- Process Automation & Reporting: Develop dashboards, monthly reports, and summary sheets to provide visibility into key metrics.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Master s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Min 1 yrs experience with analytics tools such as MoEngage, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
- Strong understanding of financial and operational metrics, including P&L, refund flows, and dispute trends.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to identify inefficiencies.
- Prior experience in fintech, banking, or payments industry is an advantage
