We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support our business operations. This role involves managing communication schedules across channels like WhatsApp, SMS, and email, creating customer engagement flows in MoEngage, performing data analysis to drive strategic decisions, and staying up to date with industry trends and updates. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operational processes to enhance customer retention, engagement, and overall business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and manage communications across omni-channel to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Perform data analysis and reporting to provide actionable insights for business strategy and decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, consistent messaging and effective campaign execution.
Monitor and evaluate operational processes to identify areas of improvement and implement best practices.
Stay informed about the latest updates and trends in communication channels, marketing automation, and business operations.
Support other business operations tasks as needed to ensure organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
Proven experience in business operations, communication management, or related fields.
Hands-on experience with MoEngage or similar marketing automation tools.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to stay updated with industry trends and implement relevant changes.
Basic knowledge of AI tools for improving efficiency and automating simple tasks
Ability to manage updates, execution, and operational changes with minimal dependencies
Proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Experience in a fintech or SaaS company is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor s degree
0-2 years of experience in product operations, business operations, or workflow/process management
Familiarity with customer retention strategies and data-driven decision-making.
Knowledge of SQL, Excel, or other data analysis tools is an advantage.
