Our client, a prominent D2C Retail Brand based in Gurugram, is seeking a talented Customer
Retention Manager with a strong understanding of customer behavior to optimize the retention funnel and drive repeat purchases. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing digital retention strategies that enhance customer lifetime value (CLV).
Location: Gurugram
Working Model: 5.5 (Alternate Saturday Working)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing automation strategies, customer segmentation, and complex workflows to boost customer engagement, retention, and overall growth.
- Strengthen data-driven decision-making by building customer intelligence frameworks, including churn prediction models and high-value customer identification.
- Leverage customer segmentation techniques to craft personalized campaigns aimed at reducing churn and reactivating dormant users.
- Track and analyze channel-level performance metrics, including visits, orders, revenue, and conversion rates, to optimize retention efforts.
- Lead the loyalty program strategy by mapping user behavior, testing different engagement models, and overseeing the final rollout.
- Implement strategies to enhance Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) while maximizing profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retention or growth roles within E-commerce or D2C brands.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools such as CleverTap, Netcore Cloud, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer insights and craft compelling retention strategies.
- Hands-on experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance measurement.
