- You will leverage data-driven analytics and processes to develop and implement strategies and techniques to grow our online business, retain loyal customers and connect the customer experience and to ensure increase retention rate.
- This role requires high analytical and able to extract learnings, insights, narratives etc from data.
- Own all lifecycle marketing strategies which identify valuable consumers and opportunities and ensure seamless improvisation.
- Manage external relationships related to CRM and database management.
Requirements:
- You will be responsible for all activities related to engaging & retaining a customer to improve their lifetime value and overall experience with our brand.
- Ideate and execute new initiatives and campaigns that drive increase engagement and repeat revenue
- You will be responsible for other channels like SMS, WhatsApp, email and push notifications.
- Should create promotional calendars
- Segment audiences based on chosen characteristics and choose form and type of communication to provide an optimal experience to the customer
- As a manager in a fast-paced e-commerce, you should be tech-savvy, a critical thinker and problem-solver, and demonstrate a passion for growth and success.
- Highly analytical and able to extract learnings, insights, narratives etc from data
- Manage and optimize customer retention & experience programs like Loyalty and Referral
- Continually optimize relevant metrics and identify room for growth and innovation
- Increase retention rate and repeat rate with deep consumer understanding and the ability to combine consumer learnings.
- Experience as a hands-on operator of CRM campaigns.
- 3+ years independently driving customer retention initiatives in a digital first environment.
- Should be able to manage a team of 2- 3 members
- Comfort with common CRM tools like CleverTap, Moengage and Webengage
