- As the GM-HR, you will shape the people strategy and enhance the employee experience, reporting directly to the CEO.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead HR, implementing practices, policies, and procedures.
- HR SOPs: Develop and enforce standardized HR processes for consistency and compliance.
- HR Automation & Technology: Drive HRMS implementation to streamline processes like recruitment and performance tracking.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Innovate engagement programs and address employee concerns.
- Manpower Planning & Strategy: Collaborate on workforce planning, headcount, and talent acquisition.
- Learning & Development: Create and execute skill development and leadership training programs.
- Performance Management: Lead appraisals, feedback systems, and rewards programs.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee recruitment and onboarding strategies.
- Policy Development & Compliance: Ensure policies align with laws and company culture.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive culture, resolve conflicts, and promote open communication.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Drive initiatives to ensure an equitable workplace.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: MBA from a Top-Tier Business School
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Preferred: Startup experience is a plus but not a requirement
