Role Overview:
- As the GM - HR, you will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives, building a high-performing team, and fostering a thriving company culture.
- You will play a key role in scaling the organization by attracting top talent, improving employee engagement, and ensuring HR policies align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Build an employer brand that resonates with potential hires.
- Oversee end-to-end hiring processes, including onboarding.
Culture & Employee Engagement:
- Shape and nurture a high-performance, value-driven culture.
- Design and implement employee engagement and retention programs.
- Foster a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
HR Strategy & Operations:
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and frameworks.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
- Oversee compensation and benefits strategies to remain competitive.
Leadership & Organizational Development:
- Partner with leadership to drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Design and implement leadership development programs.
- Coach and mentor managers on people management best practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in high-growth startups or tech-driven environments.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, culture-building, and HR strategy.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience with HR tech tools, analytics, and performance management systems.
- A data-driven mindset with a passion for building world-class teams.
