About the role/Job overview:

Responsibilities and duties:.
- Leading and executing all the corporate positions (Executive to Manager level).
- Managing the complete recruitment life cycle by sourcing the best talent by utilizing the source mix.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, brief them on market dynamics, and constantly advance the recruitment process.
- Develop job descriptions & interviewing questionnaires in adherence to the role.
- Build a robust onboarding experience for all the new joiners.
- Managing compensation fitment and final negotiations for all positions.
- Work along with the founders to map forecast TA budgets.
Skills & Qualifications:.
- Candidate should have 5 - 8 years of experience.
- Should have experience in managing bulk hiring, and recruitment of corporate roles, preferably from an FMCG industry.
- Have some experience in ATS tools/ Hiring Platforms.
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
