Job Description
- Manage recruitment processes for the Events and Education teams, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, and training programs for new hires in the events and education departments.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and create strategies to enhance team morale and performance.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company guidelines within the events and education divisions.
- Assist in developing and implementing learning and development initiatives to upskill the team in the events and education sectors.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees in the events and education teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee files.
- Monitor employee performance and assist with performance appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Work closely with team leaders and managers to identify staffing needs and assist in workforce planning.
- Manage HR systems and tools for employee data management, recruitment tracking, and performance monitoring.
- Assist in organizing company events and educational programs, ensuring HR compliance and logistical support.
- Support HR leadership in strategic decision-making and long-term HR planning.
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR or recruitment, especially within the events or education sectors (experience in luxury or fashion industries is a plus).
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to drive employee engagement and growth within the organization.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience in HR functions within the events or education sectors.
- Knowledge of learning and development tools for training and performance management.
- Previous experience in luxury fashion or media industries.
- Ability to manage confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
