Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience in beverage management or related roles for at least 5 years.
- Strong knowledge of beverages, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and analyze financial data.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in beverage costing and pricing strategies.
- Knowledge of current beverage trends and consumer preferences.
- Certifications in bar management or sommelier courses is a plus.
- Familiarity with inventory management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stressful situations.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong passion for the beverage industry and customer service excellence.
