Franchise Sales - Senior Executive
Reports To: Senior Franchise Sales Manager
Location: Santacruz(West) Mumbai

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Executive to join our dynamic Franchise Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing franchise sales opportunities within your assigned territory. You will play a crucial role in expanding our franchise network and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Franchise Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential franchisees through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, online platforms, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential franchisees.
- Conduct market research and identify high-growth potential areas for franchise expansion.
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective franchisees, highlighting the benefits of investing in our franchise system.
- Negotiate franchise agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the franchisee.
- Address franchisee concerns and objections effectively.
- Franchisee Recruitment & Onboarding: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential franchisees, including financial and background checks.
- Guide franchisees through the application and approval process.
- Conduct initial training and support for new franchisees.
- Sales Reporting & Analysis: Track and monitor key sales metrics, including leads generated, presentations delivered, and franchise agreements signed.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with existing franchisees, providing support and addressing their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry contacts and partners.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in franchise sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
