Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or property management.
- Valid real estate license as per state requirements.
- Proven track record of successful negotiations and sales.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and economic principles.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in real estate software and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
