Role Description:-

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Pune. This full-time, on-site position is essential for driving sales and revenue growth through the development and maintenance of strong client relationships. In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of client requirements and present tailored commercial real estate solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies. This is a leadership role focused on team management.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Team Management: Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Client Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with internal teams to create and execute strategies that achieve sales targets.
• Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:-

• Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in Sales & Leasing within the commercial real estate industry is mandatory.
• Market Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Pune commercial real estate market.
• Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Motivation: Self-motivated and target-driven, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi.

CTC - 6 LPA - 10 LPA
