Sales Manager - Real Estate

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Manager at Fairdeal Realtors Pvt. Ltd. based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving day-to-day sales operations in the commercial real estate market. The role requires a target-driven individual with strong sales skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships. As an Individual Contributor, you will:

• Cold call potential clients and initiate discussions about available commercial properties.
• Schedule meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable property options.
• Present property proposals to clients via email and follow up regularly to ensure continued engagement.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to company processes.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the commercial real estate sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating consistent revenue.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills to engage clients effectively and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
• In-depth knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market (mandatory requirement).
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal communication).
• Must own a 2-wheeler for commuting to client locations.
