Job Title: Human Resource Development (HRD) Head
Location: Mumbai, Andheri - (East)
Reports To: CEO
Role:
As the Human Resource Development Head, the candidate will be instrumental in Shaping the FAIRDEAL Workforce and cultivating a Thriving Work Environment.
The role will encompass three critical areas: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Talent Retention.
The candidate will be responsible for not only attracting top talent but also managing and retaining them to foster a productive and engaged workforce.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement Innovative Recruitment Strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job specifications and ensure the Fitment Process is followed by all indenters.
- Lead the Recruitment Team by ensuring all process, from job posting to interviewing and hiring decisions are executed and Joining Targets are Achieved.
- Ensure a Positive Candidate Experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Present the MIS and Analytics to the Management Team periodically as per set cycle.
Talent Management:
- Implement Effective Onboarding and induction for new hires.
- Develop strategies for Employee Development, Career Progression, Leadership Development and Succession Planning- to oversee the Performance Management System adherence by all managers and employees.
- Conduct performance evaluation processes to ensure high standards and identify areas for improvement including routine Skill Gap analytics and Competency Mapping.
- Facilitate and resolve any issues and Grievances based on Grievance management Process related to employee performance and relations.
- Present the MIS and Analytics to the Management Team periodically as per set cycle.
Talent Retention:
- Design and implement employee retention strategies, focusing on Employee Engagement, Recognition, and Rewards.
- Analyze Attrition Trends and develop action plans to reduce turnover rates.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions based on Employee Feedback Management System to understand employee needs and concerns.
- Foster a positive work culture that promotes work-life balance and Employee Satisfaction.
- Present the MIS and Analytics to the Management Team periodically as per set cycle.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, management, and retention.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
Skills:
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in HR software and tools.
- Empathy and strong emotional intelligence.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Leadership Experience:
- Given that this is a head or leadership position, it's important that the candidate has experience leading a team.
- This might include experience as an HR manager, team lead, or a similar role where they've had direct reports and have been responsible for decision-making
