Hr Executive And Recruiter

Position: HR Executive
Location: Export Genius, 2nd Floor, C-7/224-225, Sector-7, Near Rohini East Metro Station, Sector 7, Rohini, New Delhi, Delhi 110085

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Post job openings on various job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

HR Operations & Employee Relations:

• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, and benefits.
• Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives.

Compliance & Policy Implementation:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, and regulations.
• Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Manage disciplinary actions and grievance handling as per company guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven 2+ Years experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
