Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Female HR Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.

- Handle employee grievances and ensure smooth communication between staff and management.

- Support the payroll process and assist in employee attendance and leave management.

- Conduct employee engagement activities and coordinate training sessions.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

- Assist in performance management processes.
