Shift: Day Shift WFO (11:30AM 8:30PM) - 5 days a week

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Executive/Senior Executive Talent Acquisition to join our recruitment team in Bangalore. This pivotal role demands a talent acquisition professional adept at end-to-end recruitment within the finance and accounting domain (Mostly). The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and execution excellence, ensuring the delivery of top-tier talent aligned with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for finance and accounting roles, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand role requirements and craft targeted sourcing strategies.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media platforms, professional networks, and talent databases, to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical and cultural fit.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey, upholding EXL's employer brand.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor hiring practices to enhance talent acquisition strategies.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and reporting for recruitment metrics, providing actionable insights for process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 1-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management, with a strong focus on finance and accounting roles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders alike.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Adept at working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.
