Job Description
Job Details:
Process: Accounts Receivable - Billing Experience Candidate Only.
BAND: A
Location: Bangalore - Work from office
Transport: Cab provided for Pick up and drop.
Shift: 11.30AM to 8.30PM or 1.30PM to 10.30PM
Qualification: Minimum Graduate is Mandatory
Skillset: - Must Have Billing exp.
Accounts Receivable(OTC): Billing
- Prior experience in all Accounts Receivable functions, including Billing, Cash Application, Exception handling, Reporting activities.
- Prepare Client Fees / invoices.
- Process cash application, unallocated cash
- Dispute resolution by raising queries to sites / customers.
- Journal Uploads
- Contact with customers via email etc.
- Tracking client invoices, managing, and maintaining client payments
- Month end close activities.
- Aging report preparation, maintenance, and periodic reporting
