Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee BPO operations management, including team handling and SLA management.
  
• Manage international voice process operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and drive business growth.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in International Voice Process or similar roles.
  
• Strong understanding of BPO Operations Management principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of excellence.
