Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide customer support through web chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Handle multiple chats simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet productivity targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and share knowledge on best practices for improving customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience only in international webchat customer service or similar industry.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in handling international chat processes (web chat) is essential.
- Rotational shifts and Rotational Week off including night shifts.
- Only minimum 1 year webchat experience can apply.
