/ Job Description: Customer Support Executive - UK Chat Process and Voice Process Company: Tech Mahindra Limited Location: Malad West, Mumbai Working Conditions: Office-based, Rotational Shifts, Rotational Offs Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer support through chat interactions, primarily for UK clients.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle international chat process with a focus on providing accurate information and prompt resolutions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum HSC or equivalent education.
• At least 6 months of experience in an International Chat/Voice Process.
• Strong written communication skills in English, with an understanding of UK customer expectations preferred.
