Soft Service Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Service Management: Oversee the delivery of soft services (cleaning, waste management, pest control, landscaping, etc.) to ensure high-quality standards are consistently met.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of soft service staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and support to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring that contracts are adhered to and services are delivered as agreed.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets for soft services, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining service quality.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all soft services comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure that soft services meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external clients regarding soft services, addressing any concerns or requests in a timely manner.
• Operational Efficiency: Continuously review and improve the efficiency of soft service operations, recommending and implementing process improvements where necessary.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory for cleaning supplies, materials, and equipment, ensuring sufficient stock levels and cost efficiency.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on service performance, cost analysis, and other key metrics to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Previous experience in managing cleaning, waste management, and landscaping services.
• Familiarity with facilities management software and tools.
• Strong understanding of soft services operations, industry standards, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Strong budget management and cost control abilities.
