Soft Service Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Facility Management:

• Oversee soft services such as cleaning, hygiene, security, and waste management to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and policies for soft services.

1. Vendor Management:
   
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for contracts related to soft services.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure that services meet the agreed standards.
2. Customer Service:
   
• Address employee and customer concerns related to soft services and ensure prompt resolution.
• Foster good relationships with clients, building rapport and ensuring satisfaction.
3. Budgeting and Cost Control:
   
• Manage the budget allocated for soft services and ensure the efficient use of resources.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
4. Health, Safety, and Compliance:
   
• Ensure that all soft services comply with safety regulations and legal requirements.
• Promote health and safety standards across all service areas (e.g., hygiene, pest control).
5. Staff Management:
   
• Supervise a team of staff, such as cleaners, security personnel, and maintenance workers.
• Provide training, develop staff skills, and monitor performance.
6. Reporting:
   
• Maintain records and provide regular reports on the performance of soft services, identifying issues and proposing improvements.
• Conduct audits to ensure standards are being met.
