- Assist UM in training, coaching, and mentorship of a team.

- Regular interaction with a buddy trainer to drive and review the training/learning agenda.
Operations
- Ensure food is of good quality, presentable and served at the right temp. - Managing Events end to end
- On floor user Engagement
- Maintaining client facility protocol & guidelines.
- Ensure operations are run effectively and follow all safety guidelines.
- Understanding of vendor lines & vendor relations.
- Ability to solve problems and handle high stress situations.
- Assist UM/PM to drive client related initiatives( sourcing, procurement & sustainability initiatives.
- Able to perform job duties of every position in the cafe and multitask in accordance with the demands of the business.
- Officiating & Performing the jobs of day to day business of UM/PM in her/his absence - Drive client food program
- Coordinate with Internal & External stakeholders.
HSEQ
- Understanding HSE for the client and aligning with compass HSE protocol.
Finance / Administration / Audits
- Responsible for the financials of the Cafe, including inventory control and ordering, food costs, working within set budgets, monitoring meal count, cost controls , profit and loss and understanding capex assets related to the site.
- Responsible for all cafe related applicable audits ( internal / external)
