Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Pebble Street Hospitality in Ahmedabad. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage staff hiring and training, coordinate food and beverage services, and maintain excellent communication with the team and ensure the smooth operation of Food & Beverage Services on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills

- Experience in Hiring and Staff Management

- Experience in Food & Beverage Management

- Strong Communication skills

- Knowledge of Asian Cuisine and Food trends

- Hands-on experience in restaurant operations

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Leadership and decision-making skills

- Hospitality or culinary degree/certification is a plus
