Excel Controlinkage - Regional Manager - Sales & Marketing (5-7 yrs)

Regional Market Knowledge:

- Demonstrated experience managing sales and business development efforts in one or more of the following regions: Asia, Russia & CIS, Middle East, or Africa.

- Strong understanding of the business cultures, regulations, and market dynamics in these regions.

Sales Expertise:

- Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

- Ability to manage long sales cycles, close complex deals, and meet/exceed sales targets.

- Experience in negotiating high-value contracts and establishing long-term client relationships.

Technical Knowledge:

- In-depth knowledge of export industrial and marine components, including an understanding of the manufacturing, design, and application of products within these sectors.

- Ability to translate technical features into customer benefits and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Communication and Leadership:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to lead and manage teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and effectively communicate with senior management.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
