Job Title: Business Development Manager (Minerals)

Key Responsibilities:
: Identify and approach various steel and cement plants to introduce our company and its product offerings.
: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market and achieve sales targets.
: Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level procurement personnel at client organizations.
: Monitor sales performance metrics and report on achievements against targets; adjust strategies as necessary to meet goals.
: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
: Maintain a deep understanding of our mineral products and their applications in the steel and cement industries.
Qualifications:
- : Minimum of 7- 12 years of proven sales experience, with a focus on selling minerals or related products to industrial clients, particularly steel and cement plants.
- : Familiarity with the steel and cement industries, including understanding procurement processes and key decision-makers.
- : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior-level executives.
- : Demonstrated maturity in handling client relationships, with a professional demeanor that instills confidence in clients.
Performance Metrics:
Sales volume achieved against targets.
Number of new client accounts established.
Client retention rates and satisfaction levels.
Compensation:
Salary will be offered as per industry standards, along with performance-based incentives.
Notes:
Prior minerals sales experience is a must and job location would be Pune and we can also increase salary if candidate is holding good experience on same.
