Position: General Manager
Qualification: LL.B
Experience Required: 15 Years (10 Years in Real Estate or Co-worker)
Responsibilities:
- Draft & review real estate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and title searches to ensure clear property ownership.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, filings, and project approvals.
- Handle litigation matters, including disputes, claims, and regulatory proceedings.
- Liaise with external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and government bodies.
- Manage legal risks associated with real estate transactions and corporate matters.
- Provide legal advisory support to internal teams on property laws and compliance.
- Develop and implement legal policies and best practices for real estate operations.
- Lead and mentor the legal team, ensuring effective coordination and performance.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth business operations.
