Job Description

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients, primarily Cooperative Banks, DCCBs, Apex Banks, Exempted Provident Funds/Pension/Gratuity Trusts, NBFCs, Universities, Trusts, and other institutions. You will be responsible for facilitating the sale and purchase of fixed income instruments, providing expert advice on statutory and permitted investments, and driving new client acquisition.

Responsibilities :

Client Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with institutional clients in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate information.

- Understand clients' investment objectives, risk tolerance, and regulatory requirements.

- Provide tailored solutions and recommendations based on clients' specific needs.

Sales and Business Development:

- Proactively identify and pursue new client acquisition opportunities.

- Promote and sell a range of fixed income instruments, including bonds, treasury bills, commercial papers, and other money market products.


- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and market trends.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

Product Knowledge and Market Expertise:

- Maintain a thorough understanding of fixed income markets, products, and regulations.

- Stay updated on economic and financial developments that may impact clients' investment portfolios.

- Provide expert advice on statutory and permitted investments for institutional clients.

- Educate clients on new products and market developments.

Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.

Travel:

- Extensive travel within Telangana and Andhra Pradesh is required to meet with clients and prospects.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

- New Client Acquisition: Achieve specified targets for acquiring new institutional clients.

- Client Retention: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets for fixed income products.

- Market Penetration: Expand the company's market share in the target client segment.

- Client Requirement Assessment: Accurately determine and address the investment needs of clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

- Post-graduate degree or diploma in Finance, Marketing, or Business Management from a recognized university or institution.

MBA preferred.

- Certifications related to the Financial Market by FIMMDA, NSE, NSDL, or IIBF are highly preferred.

Experience:

- 2-3 years of experience in marketing Fixed Income, Money Market, or other Financial Products.

- Experience working with institutional clients is highly desirable.

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- In-depth knowledge of fixed income instruments and markets.

- Understanding of regulatory requirements for institutional investors.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.

- Proficiency in local languages (Telugu, Hindi) is preferred.

- Highly motivated and results-oriented.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -

- Professional and ethical conduct.

- Age: Preferably below 35 years.

- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana.
