About the Role:

- We are seeking a driven and dynamic Relationship Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.

- Proactively engage with clients to understand their investment goals and financial needs.

- Provide personalized financial advice and guidance.

- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.

- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and increase client engagement.

- Cross-sell and upsell relevant financial products and services to existing clients.

- Ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing client base.

- Contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the client portfolio.

- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments in the financial services industry.

Qualifications:

Experience:

- Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably within the financial services industry (banking, wealth management, insurance, fintech).

- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.

Skills:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Strong client orientation with a focus on building trust and delivering exceptional service.

- Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

- Strong understanding of financial concepts and investment principles.

- Strong business acumen and ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
