There was not an option of -ve marking for review or I would have provided that, it's a startup with Smriti Tomar as the CEO, who does not have enough exposure on sales end and thinks that employees are her servants. With no patience and listening ear, the company runs on only one aspect aspect how to not make Smriti angry so that the day can be survivable bcz she does not have a habit of listening that you cannot work after office hours because of any personal reasons, if so then get ready to get terminated. If you're reading this during your interview process, do not believe what they say. They don't have company assets and ask you to bring your personal laptops to work. They don't believe in week offs and you'll get lop if you don't turn up on your week off. HR will call you at 10 AM to confirm if you will come on your week off ( because CEO asked them to)
