Position Name: Manager Legal

Location: Mumbai

POSITION SUMMARY:

Supporting business teams in drafting, vetting and negotiating agreements mainly relating to India business and other activities. Advising on and structuring agreements to align it with the deal in hand and ensure that the interests of Company are protected. Providing general legal advice and support by acting as a business partner to internal stakeholders. Dealing with internal & external stakeholders.

OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Agreements - Drafting, vetting, negotiating and finalizing agreements in line with the business understanding and ensuring appropriate risk mitigation for the Company mainly related to India formulation business and other activities undertaken by the Company.

- Advising on and structuring agreements to align it with the deal in hand and ensure that the interests of Company are protected.

- Understanding the business and analyzing the risk involved and advising on mitigating liabilities for the Company.

- Advising the stakeholders from time to time on various issues.
