Deputy General Manager - Legal & Secretarial - Manufacturing Firm (10-20 yrs)

- Experience in drafting and negotiation of agreements.

- Exposure to international Contracting and handling cross jurisdictional legal advisory.

- Exposure to review of Banking and funding documents

- Experience in dealing with courts and external lawyers.

- Experience in data privacy.

- Experience in trade sanction compliances Should have worked closely with Indian and international law firms/ consultants for Litigation and business advisory.

- Should be innovative and flexible with a go getter attitude.

- Good drafting skills.

- Ability to handle pressure and work under tight deadlines.
